The Gleaning on Tour
A group of creatives collaborated to make The Gleaning for Somerset Arts Weeks in 2023. The project It was a collaborative project involving hundreds of people in Shepton Mallet over several months. The 11 textile and paper panels depicted stories in 'stained glass' gathered from the community on a range of themes. Click on The Gleaning below to see each art piece. We are very excited to take The Gleaning on Tour to Holy Island in Northumbria - linking the work produced in the South West with the North East where we will facilitate a new panel which will remain in situ. St Aldhelm's Way Creative Pilgrimage
St Aldhelm's Way is a 74 mile path that traces the way from Doulting, Somerset, to Malmesbury, Wiltshire. We are embarking on a creative pilgrimage over 4 weekends from May to September 2026.
